TLC can accept a maximum of 12 children. Our focus is sibling groups whose parent(s) are unable to care for their children. In our setting, children grow in love for one another and experience the many childhood activities and challenges necessary to become productive adults. Within a period of time the children are placed in permanent homes; through adoption, foster homes or with their families.
Since 1998, we have been accepting children who need our energy and resources.
